Description

Piper's Landing is an enclave of 300 homes on some 600 tropical acres just north of Palm Beach. Known for ample, landscaped space between homes and ample tee times as well, it offers quick access from a protected yacht basin to both the Indian River and the Atlantic.

The community’s redesigned, 6,832-yard championship golf course was laid out by Joe Lee, then transformed and modernized in 2007 by the award-winning architect Gene Bates. With a membership level of 16.7 members per hole, there’s never a wait for a tee time.

The new private marina has 49 boat slips.

Piper’s Landing has completed its new private marina, outfitted with 49 separate boat slips that can accommodate pleasure vessels up to 75 feet in length.

It’s an ideal embarkation for sportsmen headed to the St. Lucie Inlet and the Atlantic Ocean as well as the St. Lucie Locks leading to Lake Okeechobee and the state canal system. That’s the beauty of Florida's scenic, coast-to-coast St. Lucie Waterway.

The nearby port town of Stuart is known as the “Sailfish Capital of the World” and the area offers excellent fishing for bass, tarpon and many others.

A Classic Florida Club Experience
The Piper’s Landing tennis center now has five lighted Har-Tru tennis courts. The community’s director of tennis, Cullen De Windt, is the USPTA National Clay Courts Doubles Champion, overseeing an active program of instruction and friendly competition.

The active tennis programs centers on five Har-Tru courts.

About the Area
With convenient access to I-95 and the Florida Turnpike, shopping centers like the Gardens Mall and legendary Worth Avenue are close at hand.

The cosmopolitan appeal of the Palm Beaches is a short drive away. The Kravis Center offers an array of activities, from opera to Broadway-based touring companies.

• Take an immediate right onto Rte. 714
• Turn right on Mapp Road
• Piper’s Landing entrance is less than a mile on the left.

From I-95: 

• Exit at Palm City
• Stay on Rte. 713
• Turn right at traffic light (7-11 store on corner) onto Rte. 714
• Turn right on Mapp Road
• Piper’s Landing entrance is less than a mile on the left.

From Stuart: 

• Follow US-1 to Monterey, heading west
• Turn left at the first traffic light past the Palm City Bridge ont Mapp Road
• Piper’s Landing entrance is less than two miles on the left.
