The Sanctuary owners enjoy complete Hampton Lake membership and amenities. That includes a full calendar of events, use of the pools, Fitness Center and Spa, tennis courts and community boats.

In addition, golfers enjoy golf membership at the adjoining Hampton Hall Pete Dye course while in residence. The acclaimed 7,503–yard course is literally just a cart ride away.

Residents of The Sanctuary and Hampton Lake gather at the Lakeside Amenity Village, built of reclaimed barnwood paneling and warmed by two grand stone fireplaces. 

Its spacious Lakeview Room is home to events of all kinds, and its decks and porches overlook the lake. The Lakeside facility houses the Spa and Fitness Central, the Tower Bar and Backwater Bill's restaurant.

The Adventure Lagoon pool complex is a perfect place to enjoy warm days, offering both an adults–only pool and a kids' complex. For four–legged kids, there's nearby Dog Paddle Park, the first pet park at any private community in the state.

You can launch boats from Doc's Boathouse and visit The Outpost campsite on the opposite shore. The lake is stocked with a variety of fish species, including the quarry of choice in Hampton Lake’s popular Tiger Bass fishing derby.
