Savannah Lakes Village is located on the “Freshwater Coast” of South Carolina on Strom Thurmond Lake. Lake Thurmond is one of the largest inland bodies of water in the South. The lake stretches nearly 64 miles up the Savannah River and covers approximately 70,000 acres.
Pines and hardwoods cover the lake’s irregular 1,200-mile shoreline, adding to the natural beauty of the reservoir.
